Médiums (of Latin medium, medium, intermediary). Nobody being able to be used as intermediary enters the spirits and the men...  
 
Mediumnity : It is an exacerbated sensitivity which lends to certain people faculty to be used as intermediary with the spirits of beyond. This sensitivity is not improvised and do not be transmissible. Generally, any form of mediumnity requires an experimental before being operational, more or less long, variable development of a few months to several years, according to the sensitivity and subconscious influences' of the medium. The mediumnity must be exerted in an informed group, where the conditions with the good course of a spiritistic meeting are the harmony and the fluids of the participants.

The semi-automatic writing : The medium works in insulation, making made of sound égo. It receives the spirit in the form of interior auditive perception. Of its own writing, it notes the sentences which constitute the message.  
 
The automatic writing : Surrounded of an assistance collected (or only) the medium makes the vacuum in him. The spirit uses its hand then, and in the impulse that it gives him, written of only one jet of deaths connected to each other until the end of the message. It frequently happens that the writing then is different from the usual writing of the medium. Moreover, certain médiums also manages to hear the words blown by the spirits before they do not write them.
