Precognition 
 
 
Précognition is synonymous with presentiment, premonition and indicates a type of extrasensory perception of future events. The précognition appears primarily during the sleep, under hypnosis or with the state of fright.  
Who never made a premonitory dream? In which it saw facts which were carried out a few days afterwards?  
 
There are two type of précognition:  
 
- the spontaneous précognition : It appears in general in the dreams and particularly relates to facts of general interests like an earthquake, a volcanic eruption, the crash landing of a plane...  
They are here only catastrophes and that is not a chance. All these tragic events are accompanied by an intense emotion likely to support the précognition.  
The majority of the people prone to the précognition are only delayed very little on their premonition and it is only when the catastrophe took place which they carry out finally that they had perceived it.  
 
- the caused précognition : More known under the name of clairvoyance, the précognition known as caused is practised on the other hand using ustensils: swell of crital, charts, marc of coffee...  
Contrary to the spontaneous précognition, or all the people were one day there confronted, the caused précognition proves more particularly developed at the people having a specific gift or at least which they developed.  
The caused précognition does not consist in reading the charts or the instruments used; it is a question for the indicator of collecting the feelings inside itself, the accessories are simply used to support the concentration.  
 
Exercise to develop its faculties of précognition:  
 
Very simple exercise: to try to visualize a given individual or a future event. Try to guess how a person will be equipped whom you will meet the following day. How will be the place, etc...
